1 officer and 4 Police employees are deployed for the various works in security branch of Pune rural police. Visitation of the most vulnerable and important places with purpose of monitoring their security is main work of this unit. Preparation and implementation of all important security majors is main task of this unit which is carried out by them through various activities. This unit is co-ordinate with various units such as N.D.R.F., C.R.P.F. and other special units for the disaster Management activities.
