1 officer and 3 Police employees are deployed in Women help cell. This is a specially created cell especially to look into the grievances of women, Children and cases of domestic violence. Women social workers and members of Non Governmental Organization have been taken on the panel. Hearing of the cases and counselling of victims as well as other family members is generally done to settle the issues. Legal action through various provisions of law is also taken in the cases which are not settled. Free Helpline with number 197 is provided for emergency help of women.
